Unfixable form errors
It's not surprising that an airline would have bad user experience, but this drove me crazy.
While trying to reserve seats for a multi-leg flight, I ran into a problem where one flight was completely booked and I could not select a seat. I also could not skip to the next step, go back to the previous step, or save my work so far and exit without choosing a seat on this flight. I had to close the window and lose my previous seats.
