Undo instead of delete
I do like the undo (a la gmail) instead of the typical are you sure you want to delete. Save on clicks.

The only problem I have with undo on the web is that you never know exactly how long Undo will be available, so you don't know when you need to make your final decision. In a desktop application, it's usually until you close the file (or perform several other operations), neither of which really translate into web applications.
