Simple Snag Carousel
Simple snag uses a tabbed carousel. You can page through it with the arrow controls or you can click a tab to jump to a section. When you navigate there is a smooth animation between each section and I believe it increases in speed when you make a bigger jump.
Also, looks like a nice screen capture tool, and you know we love those.
