This is a great idea, the uniform profile has got to be something that takes off over the next year.

One thing that is a little weak about this screen is the flow. I entered my data, then saw those icons to the right, clicked on one of them, and it replaced (and actually messed up) the data I had already typed.
Other than that, very cool idea
