Library thing login / registration
This must be the easiest and most simple registration ever: just type in your username and password, and you are registered!

Well, I don't really like it. Sure it looks easy but if you are looking for a way to sign up, my guess is that you won't notice that this typical login box is for registration also. So you have to read the text. And what if you mistype your user name. Bang, you have a new registration. Confusing. And IMHO pointless.
