seems like some of these have sub categories and some don't, but all have the [ ] symbol regardless. Not a big deal, but slightly annoying to waste the click to open an empty category.

My 2 cents.
I think it looks nice and looks like you have made some cute products.
I do think you could increase the amount of information on the page and display more products. You don't have to be afraid of putting them below the fold as long as you look out for design elements that make it look like the page is cut off, or make sure to add elements that continue down the page so people can see it continues.
Example would be extending the left hand column down the page more. You could take advantage of making that column bigger by also making the navigation links larger and increasing the line height between them so that they were easier to click on.

I love the Google-esque topical logo. It really adds some personality to the page.
I would think about changing the "Buy It!" button text to something different since they take you to a category page rather than place the pictured item in your shopping cart.
And I agree with Josh about the left-hand navigation spacing. Maybe it is because they are blue underlined links, but they don't feel very designed, especially beneath the awesome logo. I'd think about spicing them up a bit since they are such a large part of your homepage.

Until I read Mark's comment, I thought JGoode was a Halloween boutique selling Halloween originals because of the logo, featured items, and sample keyword. (I do love how Google has fun with their logo though.) It makes me wonder if "featured designs and/or products" and "top sellers" would be better categories, although I guess you could end up having a month-themed product line even with those categories.
I like the placement of the "buy it" buttons next to each product although I agree with Mark that there might be a better word choice for the products under Featured Design, because the button doesn't go to the expected place. I had no idea I would see a bunch of different applications of each design until I clicked "Buy It."
The big orange circles seem a bit too dominant on the page, and actually confused me for a second since I wondered why they were next to several of the links.
Overall, I like that the page is quite clean, so a customer can figure out where to go fast.
