Gothamist Comments
I like how Gothamist gives priority to comments made by registered users. They have a little button to "sign in as a guest" if you don't want to register, but guest comments are given less visual weight, implying they should be given less weight when you read them (whether guests' or registrants' comments really do differ in value is a good question).
Where this would be really insteresting would be with comments made by people under their actual names, Amazon does something a little like that. I imagine that with accountability the quality of comments would rise.
