Flickr sharing
I'm not exactly sure when they added this, but Flickr photo pages have a "share this photo" link now. This is the page you go to when you click on the link. One nice feature is that if you enter a flickr user in the "To" section (which has auto-complete for your contacts), it will send them a flickr system message rather than an e-mail. It also creates something like a guest pass so people you invite to see your private photos do not have to create an account to see them. Very seamless.
